Classroom Job Wheel
Assign Classroom Jobs Fairly — Just Spin
Hand out classroom jobs without the weekly debate over who does what. The wheel comes pre-loaded with 16 common classroom jobs — line leader, board cleaner, tech helper, and more. Spin to assign them at random, or edit the list to match your own classroom routine.
How to Use the Classroom Job Wheel
There are two easy ways to run it. To assign jobs to students, put your student names on the wheel and spin once per job, calling out the job each time. To let students draw a job, keep the job list on the wheel and have each student spin. Either way, Auto-Remove makes sure no job — or student — is repeated until the round is complete. Stage Mode puts it all on the projector.
Classroom Jobs Included
The wheel starts with a tried-and-tested set of classroom jobs:
- Line Leader and Caboose
- Door Holder and Lights Manager
- Board Cleaner and Paper Passer
- Library Helper and Tech Helper
- Plant Waterer and Pencil Monitor
- Messenger, Clean-Up Captain, and Attendance Helper
Why Rotate Classroom Jobs
Classroom jobs build responsibility and a sense of ownership, but only if they rotate fairly. A wheel makes the rotation visible and random, so students trust the process and look forward to their turn. It also saves you from tracking a rotation chart by hand each week.
